抑制蒙脱土对聚羧酸减水剂负效应的添加剂研究

摘要

针对蒙脱土对聚羧酸减水剂的负效应,选取聚乙二醇-4000、三甲基十六烷基溴化铵和氯化钾作为添加剂并将其与聚羧酸减水剂进行复配使用,并通过试验来研究添加剂对含钠基蒙脱土和含钙基蒙脱土的砂浆工作性能和强度的影响.在此基础上确定添加剂的最优配合比,表明其对聚羧酸减水剂的负效应具有非常明显的抑制效果.%In allusion to the negative effects of montmorillonite on polycarboxylate superplasticizer,this paper selects polyethylene glycol-4000,cetyl-trimethyl ammonium bromide and KCL as additives and uses them with polycarboxylate superplasticizer as compound,and studies the influences of additives on working performance and strength of mortar of sodium montmorillonite and calcium montmorillonite via test.On this basis the paper determines the optimum ratio of additives,which exhibit very obvious effect to restrain the negative effects on polycarboxylate superplasticizer.
