潮汐水域千斤顶辅助钢箱梁滑移上岸施工技术研究

摘要

With the background of double tower double cable surface steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with 680m main span,this paper presented the shore construction technology of jack aided steel box girder sliding in aspects such as harbor design,construction organization,construction process,key technologies,safety warranty and counter measures,etc.and the authors have compared and analyzed advantages/disadvantages of 3 steel box girder transit and shore construction of respectively hoist method,ballast method and jack aided sliding method.Results show the jack aided steel box girder slide shore construction technology is safe,economic and efficient.%以主跨680 m双塔双索面钢箱梁斜拉桥为背景,从码头设计、施工组织、施工流程、关键施工技术要点、安全保障及应急措施等方面阐述潮汐水域千斤顶辅助钢箱梁滑移上岸施工技术,并对吊装法、压舱法和千斤顶辅助滑移法等3种钢箱梁转运上岸施工技术的优缺点进行比较和分析.实践证明千斤顶辅助钢箱梁滑移上岸施工技术安全、经济、高效.
