新疆岩沥青改性沥青混合料性能研究

     

摘要

Natural rock asphalt has stable property,as asphalt mixture modifying agent,it may effectively improve road performance of mixture,and it has been study focus of the industry in recent years.This paper,in order to study the rules of influence by Xinjiang rock asphalt to asphalt mixture performance,compared and analyzed the influence to performance of asphalt mixture by addition process,rock asphalt grain size (30 mesh,50 mesh,100 mesh,120 mesh and 140 mesh) and different addition amount (0%,4%,8%,12% and 16%) through room tests.Test results show: "dry mixed" mixture has good performance and easier processing procedure,meet with construction requirement;The smaller grain size of the rock asphalt causes better modified effect,with combined consideration of performance and cost,we recommend using 100 mesh grain size rock asphaThe addition amount of rock asphalt has obvious influence to road performance of mixture,in combination with climate property of Xinjiang,the recommended rock asphalt addition amount is 8%.%天然岩沥青性质稳定,用作沥青混合料改性剂可以有效提高混合料路用性能,近年来已成为业界的研究热点.为了研究新疆岩沥青对沥青混合料性能的影响规律,通过室内试验,对比分析添加工艺、岩沥青粒径(30目、50目、100目、120目和140目)及不同掺量(0%、4%、8%、12%和16%)对沥青混合料性能产生的影响.试验结果表明:"干拌法"混合料性能优,且加工过程简单,符合施工要求;岩沥青粒径越小,改性效果越好,综合考虑性能与成本,推荐采用粒径为100目的岩沥青;岩沥青掺量对混合料路用性能影响显著,结合新疆地区气候特点,推荐采用的岩沥青掺量为8%.
