为解决城市交通问题,实现城市交通系统绿色、高效的总体目标,在传统城市交通系统评价指标体系基础上,将旅游发展这一影响因素作为评价指标的一部分,对城市交通系统评价进行分析研究.以已有成果为基础,充分考虑城市交通系统的多方面影响因素,将评价指标分为城市交通系统内部协调性,以及城市交通系统与生态环境、社会经济、旅游发展、居民生活之间的协调性,共5类,并根据其互相作用、互相影响的特点,构建一套针对城市交通系统与生态环境、经济发展、旅游发展以及居民生活相协调的绿色城市交通系统评价体系.运用建立的评价指标进行案例分析和评价,并得出案例城市交通系统评价结果.%In order to solve the problem of urban traffic and realize the green and efficient overall goal of urban traffic system, based on the traditional urban traffic system evaluation index system, this influencing factor of tourism development is taken as part of the evaluation index in this paper, to analyze and study the urban traffic system evaluation. Based on existing achievement, the authors have taken thorough consideration to multiple influencing factors towards urban traffic system, and divide the evaluation indices into total 5 categories, including urban traffic system internal coordination, coordination between urban traffic system and respectively ecologic environment, social economy, tourism development and daily life of residents, according to the characteristics of interactivities and influence, the authors have set up a green urban traffic evaluation system targeting at coordination between urban traffic system and ecologic environment, social economy, tourism development and daily life of residents. Samples were analyzed and evaluated according to the established evaluation system in this paper and evaluation results were given to sample city traffic system.
