基于机械手施工的隧道湿喷混凝土质量主要影响因素研究

摘要

依托港珠澳大桥珠海连接线加林山隧道工程实践,基于喷射混凝土作用要求、湿喷混凝土特点与适用性、大型湿喷机械手性能,就机械手施工的隧道湿喷混凝土强度、附着性、密实性等控制要素的主要相关影响因素展开研究,重点就湿喷混凝土原材料、配合比、回弹率等因素对其强度的影响进行试验分析,提出机械手施工湿喷混凝土的一些技术指标要求,为类似工程施工提供借鉴.%With the project practice Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau bridge Zhuhai side Jialin Mt. tunnel as background and based on request to shotcrete, the characteristics and applicability of the wet-jet concrete, and the performance of the large wet-jet manipulator, this paper studied main influencing elements for main control factors like strength, the adhesion and the compactness of the tunnel wet-jet concrete in manipulator construction, the key point is to carry out test analysis to impact to wet-jet concrete from its raw materials, mix ratio, rebound rate and other factors. The author has suggested some technical indices and requirements for manipulator wet-jet concrete operation as reference for future similar projects.
