芜湖长江公路二桥引桥段上部结构设计与施工

摘要

Wuhu Yangtze River Expressway Bridge No. 2 is the first whole external prestressed segment beam bridge, and it is also the first time in China adopting downstream bridge machine to erect segment beam. This paper introduces new structure adopted in design for approach section of Wuhu Yangtze River Expressway No. 2 Bridge, mainly pay analysis and research to characteristics of general structure of whole external prestressed segment beam, characteristics of the prestressed cable arrangement and characteristics of light-weight thin-walled box girder structure for large cantilever. Also this paper introduced standard construction of segment beam, mainly analysis to downstream bridge machine process.%芜湖长江公路二桥引桥为我国首座全体外预应力节段梁桥,也是国内首次采用下行式架桥机架设节段梁施工.介绍芜湖长江公路二桥引桥段设计采用的新型结构形式,重点对全体外预应力节段梁的总体构造特点、预应力钢束配置特点及大挑臂轻型薄壁箱梁结构的特点进行分析与研究,并对节段梁标准化施工进行介绍,主要分析下行式架桥机架设工艺.
