掺入石油沥青的环氧沥青混合料力学特性研究

     

摘要

This paper introduces that in order to obtain economically feasible and excellent road performance epoxy asphalt materials, epoxy asphalt ( EA) and matrix petroleum asphalt are mixed. Mixing ratio design were carried out to mixed epoxy asphalt ( MEA ) with different types/contents of matrix petroleum asphalts. Then the basic mechanical properties of the MEA mixture were evaluated using Marshall test, splitting tensile test, and beam bending test, and study the basic mechanical characteristics of MEA mixture. Study shows that adding matrix petroleum asphalt attenuates the strength of epoxy asphalt mixture but improves the deformation performance.%为获得经济可行且路用性能优良的环氧沥青类材料,将环氧沥青(EA)与石油沥青进行调配,对掺配不同石油沥青种类与掺量的混合环氧沥青(MEA)混合料进行配合比设计,采用马歇尔试验、劈裂抗拉试验、小梁弯曲试验来评价MEA混合料的基本力学特性,并对MEA混合料的基本力学特性进行研究.研究表明:石油沥青的掺入,使得环氧沥青混合料强度特性有所衰减,但变形性能得到改善.
