薄层铺装在新沂河大桥桥面铺装改造工程中的应用研究

     

摘要

依托新沂河大桥桥面铺装改造工程,介绍U-PAVE10沥青混合料胶结料与级配的特点.通过室内试验验证其高温抗车辙性能、低温抗裂性能和常温疲劳性能,并与SMA-13沥青混合料进行对比,结果显示U-PAVE10沥青混合料各项性能均优于SMA-13沥青混合料.另外,现场施工检测结果也显示U-PAVE10沥青混合料能够保证混合料在温度散失较快,且碾压不能开振条件下的压实效果,且密实不渗水,表面抗滑性能良好,表明U-PAVE10沥青混合料作为超薄罩面技术应用在混凝土桥面铺装改造工程中是完全可行的.%In this paper, the characteristics of U-Pave10 asphalt mixture cementing and gradation are introduced based on the Xinyi River Bridge deck pavement renovation project. By indoor test, its high temperature anti-rutting performance, low temperature crack resistance and room temperature fatigue performance are verified and compared with SMA-13 asphalt mixture. Results show all performances of U-Pave10 asphalt mixture are better than that of the SMA-13 asphalt mixture. In addition, the site construction test results also show that U-PAVE10 asphalt mixture may guarantee good compaction under conditions of quick temperature loss and no vibrating but only rolling, it is dense and impermeable, good surface slip resistance. It is shown that U-Pave10 asphalt mixture, as an ultra-thin overlay technology, is completely feasible to be applied in the concrete bridge deck pavement renovation project.
