玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料路用性能影响研究

     

摘要

In order to improve the road performance of asphalt mixture and reduce the early disease of the pavement,this paper studied the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water resistance of the two kinds of asphalt mixtures by using the rutting test,splitting test and freeze-thaw splitting test,so to analyze its function system.Test results show:Comparing with asphalt mixture without basalt fiber,the two kinds of different gradation asphalt mixture added with basalt fiber has improved the road performance significantly.The space grid structure formed by the basalt fiber in the asphalt mixture can effectively alleviate the stress concentration of the internal structure of the asphalt mixture and improve the service life of the pavement.It is suggested that basalt fiber can be used to improve the road performance of the mixture in the projects with large seasonal temperature difference and abundant rainfall.%为了提升沥青混合料的路用性能、减少路面早期病害,采用车辙试验、劈裂试验和冻融劈裂试验,研究玄武岩纤维对2种级配沥青混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性的影响,并对其作用机理进行分析.试验结果表明:与不添加玄武岩纤维相比,添加玄武岩纤维后2种不同级配沥青混合料的路用性能都得到明显提高,玄武岩纤维在沥青混合料中形成的空间网格结构可有效缓解沥青混合料内部结构应力集中的现象,提高路面的使用寿命.建议在—节性温差较大、降雨量较多的实体工程中采用玄武岩纤维来有效提高混合料的路用性能.
