毫米级超薄彩色抗滑表层材料Puas性能研究

摘要

This paper introduces a new ultra-thin pavement anti-skid surface material Puas (laying thickness of 1 ～2 mm and color adjustable),which can quickly enhance the road anti-skid performance.Puas components include one-component waterborne polyurethane cements (3％ to 6％ by mass),40 to 80 mesh quartz sand or emery aggregate (94％ to 97％ by mass),as well as admixture for improving workability and conditioning time (addition mass percentage 0.1％ to 0.5％).This paper studies influence rules to Puas road performance by quantity of cement,aggregate and admixture.Results show:Under specified mix ratio and construction conditions,Puas has excellent skid resistance,abrasion resistance,anti-peeling and anti-aging properties,the indicators fully meet the technical requirements by current norms regarding high-grade expressway anti-skid surface.Puas features convenient construction,rapid traffic recovery,relatively lower cost and broad market potential.%介绍一种新型超薄路面抗滑表层材料Puas(铺装厚度1～2 mm且颜色可调),其可快速提升路面抗滑性能.Puas组分包括单组份水性聚氨酯胶结料(质量百分比3％ ～6％)、40～ 80目石英砂或金刚砂骨料(质量百分比94％～97％),以及改善施工和易性和调节固化时间的外掺剂(外掺质量百分比0.1％ ～0.5％).对胶结料、骨料和外掺剂用量对Puas路用性能的影响规律进行研究.结果表明:在规定的配合比和施工条件下,Puas具有优异的抗滑性、耐磨性、抗剥落性和抗老化性能,各项指标完全满足现行规范对高等级公路抗滑表层的技术要求.Puas施工便捷,开放交通快,成本相对低,市场前景广阔.
