炸山嘴黄土隧道地表注浆加固工程实践

     

摘要

以国道G309线固原至西吉公路炸山嘴隧道工程为依托,利用MIDAS-GTS三维有限元软件分析地表注浆措施对该隧道中一段位于软弱围岩区域浅埋隧道的加固效果.对比地表注浆前后隧道周围土体的位移情况以及隧道拱顶塑性区分布范围,发现地表注浆加固措施对提高隧道围岩强度和控制隧道拱顶沉降量具有明显效果.%Based on Zhashanzui tunnel project at Guyuan-Xiji Road of State Road G309,the reinforcement effect of a segment of weak surrounding rock shallow buried tunnel by surface grouting is analyzed with the help of MIDAS-GTS 3D finite element software.This paper compared displacement of the soil around the tunnel before and after the surface grouting and the distribution of the plastic zone of the tunnel vault,and it is found that the reinforcement measures of surface grouting have obvious effect on improving the strength of tunnel surrounding rock and controlling the settlement of tunnel vault.
