Hilbert-Huang变换在汽车高速动态称重中的应用研究

     

摘要

计重处理时其中一个步骤称为分轴,即将车轴与重量信号在时间轴上进行对应,其对计重精度有很大影响.当汽车高速通过计重设备时,若信号包含的干扰项过多,则分轴就会变得异常困难.研究使用Hilbert-Huang变换对信号进行处理和分析,以便顺利完成汽车高速通过时的分轴.%In weighing,there is one step called sub-axis,i.e.corresponding the axis and weighing signal on time axle,which has a great influence on the accuracy of the weighing.When vehicle passing through the weighing facility at high speed,and if the signal contains too many interference items,then the subaxis will become very difficult.This paper uses the Hilbert-Huang transform to process and analyze the signal in order to successfully complete the sub-axis when the vehicle passes through the weighting facility at high speed.
