基于可靠度的高速公路基本路段交通安全改善方法

摘要

应用系统可靠度原理,对高速公路的安全可靠性问题开展研究.分析可靠度理论在高速公路中的适用性,给出基于事故发生间隔时间的高速公路安全可靠度量化计算方法,并提出基于安全可靠度提升率和日事故次数减少率的2种安全可靠度改善方法.%The authors apply system reliability theory to study safety & reliability of expressway.In this paper,the applicability of reliability theory in expressway is studied,A method for calculating the safety reliability of expressway based on the interval between accidents is given,and two kinds of safety reliability improvement methods were suggested based on the improvement rate of safety reliability and the decreasing rate of daily accidents.
