摘要

TheICP-AESmethodisusedtomeasureandanalyzetheMn,Mo,Nb,NiandCucompositionin1Cr12MoNballoy.Thesampleisdissolvedinnitricacidandhydrochloricacidundertheheatingcondition.Theworkconditionsfortheinstrumentsaredeterminedandasetofanalyticalmethodestablishedthroughseriesofexperiment.Thesatisfactoryresultsareachievedbycomparisonanalysis.Thismethodisbelievedtobefastandaccurateandcanbasicallymeettherequirementsinactualproduction.%　　用等离子发射光谱法测定1Cr12MoNb中Mn、Mo、Nb、Ni、Cu等元素的分析。试样用硝酸和盐酸在加热条件下分解，经过系列试验，选择仪器的工作条件，进行测定，建立了一套分析方法，经对照分析，分析结果令人满意。本方法快速准确，精密度良好，完全可以满足生产需要。
