Combining the status of harmonious motorcycle parts management, this paper analyzes the system of parts management from the aspects as system management, distribution structure, and technical means, in order to protect the progress and the quality of locomotive maintenance.%文章结合和谐机车配件管理现状，从制度管理、流通结构及技术手段方面对配件管理系统进行优化分析，从而保障机车检修进度及质量。
