Compared with the traditional mode of transportation, a truck-tailer transport mode is the most advanced transport organization model widely used in the world, which can improve the utilization ratio of tractor and reducing comprehensive costs of transport enterprise.The research of truck-tailer transport in our country is less concerned with the specific application, especially in the problem of vehicle dispatching of container transportion in port.This paper analyzes the transportation mode and operation flow of the container transport in the port transport mode, and makes an in-depth research on the vehicle scheduling theory related to the container transportation.According to the problem, the dispatching model of port container transport vehicle is constructed and the metaheuristic is used to solve the model.%甩挂运输模式是目前世界范围内广泛使用且较为先进的一种运输组织模式,与以往的运输方式相比具有明显的优势,特别是在牵引车的综合利用率和运输企业综合运营成本等方面.但我国交通运输的研究较少涉及到甩挂运输的具体应用,特别是在港口甩挂运输中的集装箱车辆调度问题.文章通过对港口集装箱运输中的运输模式和作业流程进行分析,并对与港口集装箱甩挂运输相关的车辆调度理论进行研究.根据研究构建港口集装箱甩挂运输车辆调度模型,并利用元启发式算法对该模型进行优化求解.
