河南省碳排放的特点及影响因素--基于EKC和VAR模型

摘要

Using the data of He′nan province ,this paper studies the characteristics of carbon emission in He′nan province during 1978‐2013 by environmental Kuznets curve(EKC).Then it constructs VAR model ,and analyzes the dynamic impact effect of three factors(energy intensity , real GDP per head and industrial structure) through cointegration test ,unit root test ,impulse response analysis and variance decomposition.The result shows as follows :per capita carbon emission(PCCE) increases with economic growth ,instead of a curve with "N"‐type or inverted "U"‐type ;the influence of energy intensity on PCCE is the most significant.Finally ,it puts forward some suggestions for Henan province to develop low‐carbon economy .%以河南省为研究对象，利用1978—2013年的宏观统计数据，首先运用EKC分析了1978—2013年河南省人均碳排放的特点，然后建立VAR模型，通过单位根检验、Johansen协整检验、脉冲响应分析以及方差分解分析等，对能源强度、实际人均GDP和产业结构对人均碳排放的动态冲击效应和影响程度进行了计量分析。结果显示：1978—2013年河南省人均碳排放量的发展曲线大体上并不呈“N”型或倒“U”型，人均碳排放量随着经济增长而增加；河南省的能源强度对其人均碳排放量的影响最大。最后提出建议以促进河南省低碳经济的发展。
