中国财政政策影响的区域差异性

摘要

Using the monthly data of 30 provincial districts in China during 2005‐2013 ,this paper establishes the GVAR model to investigate the regional difference in the effect of fiscal policy in China on regional economy .The result indicates as follows :export and industrial added val‐ue of each region shows the similar feature in response to fiscal policy ,but the response degrees of them are different ,and the effect in western region is higher than other regions ;the responses of fixed asset investment in different regions to fiscal policy show various features .%利用2005—2013年中国30个省（自治区、直辖市）的月度数据，构建全局向量自回归模型，分析了中央财政政策对区域经济影响的差异性。结果表明：东、中、西部地区的出口和工业增加值对财政政策冲击的响应呈现出相似的特征，即均为正响应，但响应程度有明显差别，即西部地区的响应程度最大；各省（自治区、直辖市）的固定资产投资额对财政政策冲击的响应呈多样化特征。
