松香与蔗糖直接合成松香酸蔗糖酯的研究

摘要

本文以无水碳酸钠为催化剂,对松香与蔗糖直接合成松香酸蔗糖酯进行了研究.分别考察了反应时间、反应温度、助溶剂用量、催化剂碳酸钠的量、蒸馏水的量、助溶剂种类、松香种类对产品酸值的影响,并确定了松香酸蔗糖酯的最佳合成条件.利用红外光谱对最佳产品进行分析和表征,并测定了最佳产品的表面张力和临界胶束浓度、泡沫力.%A new synthetic method of sucrose rosinate with rosin and sucrose was proposed.
