气相色谱法测定室温硫化硅橡胶中低分子聚硅氧烷的含量

摘要

以环己烷为萃取剂,使用气相色谱,建立了测定室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)中低分子聚硅氧烷含量的方法.对该方法的准确度与精密度进行了验证.结果表明,该方法的RSD值小于5%,回收率为91.4%~101.3%.方法的准确度及精密度较高,适用于RTV中低分子聚硅氧烷含量的分析检测.%The determination of low molecular polysiloxane under room temperature silicone rubber (RTV) by gas chromatography with cyclohexane as extractant was established. The results showed that the RSD was less than 5%, and the recovery rate was 91.4%~101.3%.
