“四化两型”背景下湖南省电子健康档案建设可持续发展对策研究

摘要

By investigating the construction of residents' electronic health records in the typical region in Hunan Province,using comprehensive analysis method combined "health,human health and social development" organically,this paper puts forward strategies from human element,technology and public policy,to explore sustainable system of the construction of electronic health record.%文章通过对湖南省典型地区居民电子健康档案的建设情况进行相关考察，运用“卫生、人类健康和社会发展”有机统一起来的三维一体的综合分析法，从人的要素、技术角度和公共政策三个层面进行对策分析，探讨电子健康档案建设的可持续发展体系。
