教育部“体育、艺术2＋1项目”通知的解读与思考

摘要

为了贯彻《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》要求，全面实施素质教育，促进学生健康成长等的全面发展，教育部发布了《关于在义务教育阶段中小学实施“体育、艺术2＋1项目”的通知》。文章对该通知的内容和精神实质进行了解读，对文件出台的背景和预期效果进行了思考。%In order to implement the ＂national medium and long-term educational reform and development program （2010-2020）＂,carry out the quality education all-round, promote the healthy growth and full-scale development of students, the Ministry of Education issued a notice about ＂Actualize the P.E. and Art 2＋1 Project on the stage of compulsory education in primary and secondary schools＂. This paper explains the contents and spiritual essence of the notice, and ponders the background and the expected results of the file.
