普通高校公共体育课武术教学之研究

摘要

Concerning the distinctions of general PE in colleges and the teaching rules of Wushu, the paper puts forwards reasonable and practical teaching methods and suggestions as to how to do well in Wushu education and to improve quality of education.%　　文章针对普通高校公共体育课的特点，结合武术教学的规律，就如何搞好高校公共体育课武术教学，不断改进和提高教学质量进行了分析研究，并提出了合理、实用的教学方法和建议。
