阳光体育运动多层次培养目标的设计与实现

摘要

文章将阳光体育运动培养目标分为基础目标、中等目标和最高目标三个层次，为提高阳光体育运动的实效性提供了一个新的理论思路。%　　The training targets of sunshine sports can be divided into three levels: basic objectives, secondary objectives and highest objectives. They provide a new way of theory for improving the effectiveness of sunshine sports.
