溯本求源,圆生万物——圆道观与太极拳之“圆”

摘要

Circumference philosophical concept is characterized by a circular motion, unity, mutual feedback system macro philosophy, it reveals the universe is the circle of motion in a circle. With the methods of literature and logical analysis, from the angle of circumference philosophical concept, the paper does the study on Chinese Taijiquan, Qi operation and therapy, and the "circles" in Tijiquan. The study shows: Taijiquan from the outside to the inside, from limbs movements to Qi operation, all follow a circular helical movement and Taijiquan embodies the circular road of wisdom-Chinese philosophy-intellectual thinking and harmonious thinking%圆道观哲学思想是以圆周运动、对立统一、相互反馈为特征的宏观哲学理论体系,它揭示了宇宙万物循环往复的圆周运动规律。文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,从圆道观哲学思想的角度对中国太极拳行功走架、气机运行与理法中的＂圆＂进行了相关研究。研究结果表明：太极拳由外到内,由表及里,从肢体运动到气机运行,无不遵循着圆道螺旋运动规律;同时,太极拳体现了中国哲学的圆道智慧——智圆思维与和谐思维。
