This article with the methods of literature,experiment and logical reasoning,analyzes the dependent relationship between Wushu and human life.Research shows: under the background of national fitness,the main functions of Wushu is to strengthen the body,to achieve the desired effect,abide the rule and methods of practicing Wushu,and the nature of martial tricks.From comprehensive data shows,practice Wushuor not only have chances or possibility to stay long life,but practice Wushucan can put off aging with no doubt,which is worthy of further study.%文章运用文献资料法、经验总结法、逻辑推理法等研究方法,探索习武与人类寿命的相依性关系。研究认为:当今全民健身背景下的武术,其主要功能就是强身健体。要达到预期的效果,就要遵守习武规律、习武方法、交手性质。从综合资料显示,习武与不习武都有长寿的机会或可能性,但是习武能推迟衰老这是勿庸置疑的,值得深入研究。
