浅析空手道组手技术动作特征

摘要

文章运用文献资料法、观察法、实践法、归纳分析法等研究方法，以空手道组手技术动作为研究对象，通过对空手道竞赛规则的解读、技术的研判，总结归纳出空手道组手技术动作特征为：控制是核心；速度是关键。%With the methods of literature, observation, practice and inductive analysis, the paper takes karate hand technique as the study object, through the paraphrase of karate rules, technique judge, to sum the characteristics of karate hand technique:the core is controlling and key point is the speed.
