微观视域下高校体育社团管理的理性思考

摘要

The management of sports associations in colleges and universities is the internal support to maintain its sustainable development, and it is necessary to continuously optimize to meet the social development. Based on the relevant theory of management science, this paper analyzes the main problems in the management of college sports associations, and puts forward some suggestions, such as improving the rules and regulations, strengthening the training of community cadres, strengthening the propaganda of the community, expanding the scope of the activities and so on.%高校体育社团的管理作为维持其可持续性发展的内在支撑，其本身必然要不断实现优化以适应社会发展。文章以管理学相关理论为依据，分析了高校体育社团在管理方面存在的主要问题，并提出了健全规章制度、加强社团干部的培训、加强社团宣传力度、扩大活动范围等相关建议。
