Traditional Wushu, the core and the most attractive part in the excellent Chinese traditional culture , is standing in the national culture of the world with its gorgeous cultural connotation. Meanwhile, as the password to unlock the traditional culture, the health value of Wushu cannot be ignored. This paper, using the literature method and expert interview method, focuses on the health value brought by the traditional Wushu, including Tai Chi, Shape and Thought Boxing, Bagua Zhang, from the perspective of exercise physiology, so as to expand the national traditional sports to the public health.%传统武术作为中国优秀传统文化海洋中最具魅力的一环,代表着传统文化的核心部分,正以其绚丽的内涵色彩屹立于世界民族文化之林。同样,作为解锁传统文化的密码,武术其壮外强内的健身价值不容忽视。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法从运动生理学角度简单探析习练传统武术(太极、形意、八卦)所能带来的健身意义,意为将民族传统体育推向大众健身。
