太极拳运动对大学生身体健康影响实验研究

         

摘要

This study mainly uses the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, experiment, expert interview, to study tai chi exercise, body shape, body function and physical quality of college students and mental status, carries on the thorough analysis. The study finds:practicing tai chi chuan has a good effect for the improvement of the college students' physical health and body shape, promotes the coordinated development of college students' physical quality, can effectively reduce the ill effects of study pressure. Suggestions of the study:persistent and scientific taijiquan exercise and regular taijiquan sport competitions can intensify the promotion of taijiquan, encourage college students to participate in tai chi exercise, in order to enhance the level of college students' physical health and psychological quality.%文章主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、专家访谈法,通过太极拳运动的学习,对大学生身体形态、身体机能、身体素质以及心理状态进行深入剖析。研究认为:通过学习太极拳对于大学生的身体健康和形态的改善具有良好效果,有利于促进大学生身心素质的协调发展,能够有效减少学习压力带来的不良影响。建议:科学、持续的进行太极拳锻炼,定期开展太极拳运动比赛,加大太极拳运动的推广力度,鼓励大学生参与太极拳运动,以期提升大学生的身体健康水平和心理素质状态。
