武则天创立武举制度，鼓励民间习武，为武术的发展做出了突出的贡献，但是武则天本人是否习武？喜欢参与什么样的体育项目？也引起了笔者的关注。文章主要采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，以武举制创立者武则天为研究对象，对相关记载和前人的研究进行考辨。认为，武则天有参与体育活动的习惯，这一设想具有合理性，但是就作者当前查阅到的关于武则天体育参与的观点而言，缺乏有力证据，有待进一步考证。%Wu Zetian founded the Military Officer Choosing System to encourage folk Wushu development, made outstanding contributions to Wushu development. But the study tries to find the answers for the problems: did Wu Zetian practice Wushu? What kind of sports did she lvoe to participate in? The paper, with the methods of literature, logical analysis and other research methods, takes the founder of the Military Officer Choosing System as study object, does the study of relevant records and ancient documents of Tang Dynasty. The study finds that Wu Zetian might have participate in physical activities, this idea is reasonable, but on the point of view of current study and literature analysis, her sports participation is still lack of strong evidence, nad need to do further research.
