文章沿历史线索回顾了近代以来中国式摔跤的曲折发展历程，并对发展历程进行了阶段划分和特征分析。鉴于历史发展过程中的存在问题，对中国式摔跤的未来发展发出诘问。研究认为，中国式摔跤在中国武术整体遭遇瓶颈的时候，有着独特的推广和发展优势，但近代以来却存在着一些发展的误区，导致中国式摔跤发展步履维艰。当前应该整合中国式摔跤的技术体系和竞赛机制，管理方做好“为”与“不为”；理论研究应当重视和重拾中国式摔跤的文化评估，在民族本位的前提下找准与世界文化发展的接轨点。%Research review historical clues along the tortuous course of Chinese-style wrestling development since the modern times, and the development process of the phasing and profiling are studied in the paper, to finds the existing problems in the historical development of Chinese-style wrestling. The study believes that Chinese-style wrestling has a unique advantage when Chinese Wushu as a whole faces the development bottlenecks in China, but in modern times, there are some errors in wrestling development, leading to the difficult development of Chinese-style wrestling. The current Chinese-style wrestling should be integrated technology system and competition mechanism together, and the administrative should do "for" and "not" affairs; the theoretical studies should evaluate the importance of Chinese-style wrestling culture, in the context of the national standards to identify with the convergence point of Chinese Wrestling with world cultural development.
