以SWOT视角分析政府购买体育公共服务形式

摘要

文章运用文献资料法和实地考察法等方法进行深入探析。研究目的：以SWOT为视角分析政府购买游泳服务的优势、劣势、机会、威胁等现状，进而探讨政府购买游泳服务在理论和实践方面所面临的问题，从而为政府购买公共体育服务提供了一条统筹兼顾，综合分析的思路。结论：游泳场馆投机取巧，开放时间限制，监管薄弱，售后服务不健全等问题。%This article uses the methods of literature, the on-the-spot investigation and so on, to carry on the thorough analysis to this research. Objective: from the perspective SWOT to study government purchase swimming service advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats, and then discuss problems in the aspects of theory and practice of government purchase service swimming, to provide an overall consideration, comprehensive analysis of government buying public sports service. Conclusion: swimming venues open opportunistically, with time limit, weak supervision, not perfect customer service and so on.
