健身气功·五禽戏健身功效国内研究进展

         

摘要

With the method of literature, the paper combs the studies from 2001 to 2014 of health qigong wuqinxi, aims at having a macro control about the research content and directions of wuqinxi. The results show that the research directions of health qigong wuqinxi mainly include mechanism for to cure illness and fitness. Researches show that sticking to practicing qigong wuqinxi can not only improve the response speed of the body, enhance the muscle strength, improve the flexibility and balance coordination and lung capacity, heart rate, blood pressure are also got positive improvement. Especially for the elderly, practicing qigong can improve mental health, regulate the negative emotion caused by aging, illness, and life pressure, can sooth mood, eliminate the symptoms such as anxiety and depression. Practicing qigong wuqinxi has a better effect for prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd), primary osteoporosis, insomnia, cardiovascular disease, and diseases such as cervical spondylosis.%通过文献资料法梳理了自2001年至2014年有关健身气功·五禽戏文献的研究,目的是对五禽戏的研究内容和方向有一定宏观把控。研究结果表明:健身气功五禽戏的科研方向主要为对治疾病和健身机理。科研证明:坚持习练健身气功·五禽戏不仅能够提高身体的反应速度,增强肌肉力量,提高柔韧性和平衡协调能力而且对练功人群的肺活量、心率、血压也都得到了良性改善。尤其是对中老年人而言,习练健身气功能够增进心理健康,有效调节因为衰老、疾病及生活压力引起的负面情绪,舒缓心情,消除焦虑和抑郁等症状。习练健身气功·五禽戏对于防治慢性阻塞性肺病、原发性骨质疏松症、失眠、心血管疾病以及颈椎病等疾病有较好的效果。
