武术散打功夫王争霸赛中腿法技术运用的调查研究

摘要

The paper, using the methods of literature, video observation, mathematical statistics and other research methods, does the statistics and analysis of investigation on 2011 king of Sanda tournament using techniques. The results show that: in the first two games of the Third Bureau of the King of Sanda Tournament, large level athletes use less leg skills in the third games and with less success rate than that of middle and lower level athletes, but their legs are not flexible, mainly using whip legs, front kicks are assistant ways with lower score rate. The main leg whipping way is too single mean, high leg whipping is less used, front kicking is used for defensive and attacking, but their front kicking is not powerful, the side kick strength is small, but with more power.%文章运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法等研究方法，对2011年散打王争霸赛腿法技术运用的情况进行调查统计与分析。结果显示：散打王争霸赛中前两局比赛腿法使用较多第三局较少，大级别运动员腿法运用率和成功率相比中小级别运动员较低，但是腿法运用特点不灵活，以鞭腿为主，蹬腿、踹腿为辅，总体得分率低。其中主要腿法鞭腿动作单一，中高位鞭腿运用较少，正蹬腿多用于防守反击且力量小，侧踹腿威力大但运用率低。
