浅析跆拳道对中老年身体健康的益处

         

摘要

In today's society, to the people, health is wealth, but also to prevent the external factors of damage in case of self value. Both young people and old people are vulnerable groups in the society, but also is the object of crime vulnerable, taekwondo practice can not only protect themselves, also can strengthen body, beneficial to health. Adopting the method of questionnaire, telephone interview and literature research, the paper conducted a survey and statistics for the elderly population aged 35-70 practice Taekwondo benefits. Therefore this paper addressed the benefits of Taekwondo study for the elderly health.%一直以来健康是人类最宝贵的财富,我们不仅要自我珍惜还要防止外界因素破坏。在中老年人是社会中的弱势群体,也是犯罪分子容易下手的对象,练习跆拳道不仅可以强身健体,同时可以保护自己,有益于身体健康。文章采用调查问卷、电话采访和查询资料的方法,对35-70岁中老年人群练习跆拳道的益处进行调查和统计,结果表明跆拳道运动能够有效提高中老年人的身体健康水平,并能够有效加强中老年人的心理素质环境,强化自主意识。
