民族传统体育的现实价值及保护思考

摘要

民族传统体育是各民族文化的一部分，映射出一个民族的生活生存的方式和文化心理。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑思辨等方法，对民族传统体育的文化内涵和现实价值进行梳理，并就民族传统体育的当代保护进行阐述。认为采用动态和静态相结合的方法进行保护和传承；当代社会应该采用“民族资源＋科技技术＋多种资本＋创意”的模式对民族传统体育进行创新发展。%The traditional sport is a part of ethnic culture, reflecting one nation's life style and cultural psychology of survival. The article, using the method of documentary, logic thinking, analyzes the cultural connotation and practical value for national traditional sports, and elaborates its contemporary protection. It is considered that the combination of dynamic and static methods for protection and inheritance; Contemporary society should adopt the pattern of combining national resources, technology, capital and originality to innovate and develop the national traditional sports.
