经编网眼织物工艺参数对力学性能的影响

摘要

The impacts of the knitting density and the let-off value on the mechanical properties of warp knitting mesh fabric were studied .By changing the two process parameters , the variation of the longitudinal and transverse mechanical properties were investigated .As a result , the fitted curves between the mechanical properties and the two process parameters were found , and the impacts of these parameters on the isotropy of the mesh fabric could be well reflected .%探讨编织过程中牵拉密度和送经量对经编拉舍尔网眼织物力学性能的影响；分析两种工艺参数不同时织物纵、横向强力的变化规律，得出这两种参数对经编网眼织物纵、横向强力影响的变化曲线，反映出两种参数对网眼织物各向同性的影响。
