树脂基纺织空心结构复合材料的声学性能试验研究

         

摘要

The sound absorption and insulation performance of hollow core sandwich composites , processed by different types of resin , was discussed .Meanwhile , the influences of the vesicant , added into phenolic resin under the different temperatures , on the performance of the sound absorption and insulation were studied.The research results show that the difference between epoxy resin composite and unsaturated resin composite is little for the sound absorption performance , but there is difference in composite based on phenolic resin for the sound absorption frequency .Besides , the sound absorption performance of composite based on phenolic resin , after adding vesicant , gets worse .In terms of sound insulation performance , there is little difference among these three kinds of resins in low frequency area .However , the performance of epoxy resin and unsaturated resin is better in high frequency area .The sound insu-lation performance also becomes better after adding foaming agent into phenolic matreix .%采用不同类型的树脂加工空心结构复合材料,研究不同树脂复合材料的吸声和隔声性能;并通过在酚醛基体树脂中加入发泡剂,然后在不同温度下固化,讨论添加发泡剂对吸声和隔声性能的影响。研究结果表明:对于吸声效果,环氧树脂与不饱和树脂复合材料的吸声性能差距不大;酚醛树脂复合材料的吸声频率范围有所不同,酚醛树脂加入发泡剂后吸声效果变差。对于隔声效果,三种树脂在低频区域差距不大;环氧树脂与不饱和树脂在高频区域效果较好;向酚醛基体中加入发泡剂,材料的隔声效果变好。
