非织造布抛光磨具的生产技术与发展趋向

摘要

Due to special performance, nonwoven abrasives had comprehensive applications in grinding and polishing field.The technical requirements of nonwoven abrasives were explained, and production technology of nonwoven abrasives from five aspects, including selection of fiber materials, adhesive and abrasive, nonwovens manufacturing technology, processing of nonwoven abrasives, were introduced.Relative research progress for nonwoven abrasives in decades was introduced, and development trend of follow-up research in nonwoven abrasives field was proposed.%非织造布抛光磨具以其独特的性能，在研磨抛光领域有着广泛的应用前景。介绍了非织造布抛光磨具的技术要求，从纤维原料的选择，磨料，黏合剂，非织造布的制造工艺以及非织造布抛光磨具的加工等五个方面阐述了非织造布抛光磨具的生产技术，并介绍了近年来非织造布抛光磨具相关的研究进展，提出了其今后的发展方向。
