用于工业防护服的进口和国产芳纶水刺非织造布的性能对比分析

摘要

为了找出用于工业防护服的进口和国产芳纶的差异性，对国产和进口芳纶及其水刺非织造布的性能进行了初步测试和分析。结果表明：1＃进口芳纶具有较好的断裂强度和断裂比功，其所制备的水刺非织造布也具有较好的力学性能；进口芳纶水刺非织造布的纵横向水洗缩率和热缩率均小于国产芳纶水刺非织造布；进口和国产芳纶水刺非织造布的纵向水洗缩率和热缩率均大于横向水洗缩率和热缩率；进口和国产芳纶水刺非织造布具有相近的电气绝缘性能。%In order to find out the imported and domestic aramid fiber’ s differences in using as protective clothing, preliminary tests and analyses were made.The results show that 1# imported aramid fiber has better breaking strength and specific work of rupture, and its spunlaced nonwovens also has better mechanical properties.Whether machine or cross-machine direction, imported aramid fiber spunlaced nonwovens has lower washing shrinkage and thermal shrinkage rates than that of the domestic aramid fiber spun-laced nonwovens.For imported and domestic aramid fiber spunlaced nonwovens, the washing shrinkage and thermal shrinkage rate in machine direction are both higher than those of the cross-machine direc-tion.Furthermore, imported and domestic aramid fiber spunlace have similar electrical insulation prop-erties.
