蚕丝／ES 纸尿裤面层材料的开发及性能研究

摘要

A new kind of surface materials for disposable diaper was made from short silk fibre and ES hot -air through nonwovens as raw matierials , adopting hot air-through and spunlace laminate technology .It’ s tensile and elongation properties , air permeability ability , liquid strike-through time and return permeability can meet the requests of hygienic products .By orthogonal experiment design and combining with actual , the optimum technological parameters , including spunlace 4 times, density is 38 g/m2 , the oil rate is 1.7%,were determined.Under this parameters, nonwovens of return permeability in the low volume can be prepared .%以蚕丝短纤维和ES热风非织造布为原料，通过水刺加固复合制成了一种新型纸尿裤面层材料，其拉伸性能、透气性能、透水时间和反渗量可满足卫生用卷材要求。通过正交试验并结合生产实际情况，确定了制备返渗量小的蚕丝/ES非织造布的最佳参数是水刺4道，面密度38 g/m2，上油率1．7％。
