利用网板成型工艺制备了树脂成型柔性防刺材料,对作为基布的5种不同规格的涤纶面料进行研究,优选出适用于防刺材料的最佳基布。结果表明:防刺试样基布采用单一组织结构时,中型机织平纹面料作为基布能取得最好的防刺性能;与单一组织结构防刺层相比,采用中型机织平纹防刺层与非织造防刺层叠层制作出的复合试样防刺性能更加优越。%Flexible stab-resistance materials have been made using metal screen forming process .Five different properties polyester fabrics for thermosetting resin on stab-resistance of the composites were investigated in order to obtain the best base fabric .The results reveal that the medium woven plain fabric as base fabric could achieve the superior stab-resistance performance for uni-structure PET fabrics .Comparing with uni-structure stab-resistance layers , the composite sample which was made with medium woven plain stab-resistance layers and nonwoven stab-resistance layers shows the best stab-resistance perform-ance.
