The melt-blown nonwovens was prepared by blending the anion chips and polypropylene.The anion chips content on the properties of nonwovens was studied.The result showed that, with increase of the anion chips the permeability and mechanical property of melt-blown nonwovens were decreased, anti-ultraviolet transmittance was improved, thickness and gram weight per unit area were unchanged at the same time.%将不同比例的负离子母粒与聚丙烯切片共混,制备了聚丙烯负离子熔喷非织造布,并研究了负离子母粒含量对非织造布性能的影响。结果表明:随着负离子母粒含量的增加,熔喷非织造布的厚度、面密度和抗静电性能变化不大,透气性和力学性能下降,抗紫外性能提高。
