洗衣机净洗能力检测用泥渍污染布的制备及性能评价

Soil stained test strips for the test of washing performance of washing machine were prepared with carbon black/clay.The effect of dosage of Peregal O on the stability of carbon black solution and that of sodium hexametaphosphate ( SHMP) on the stability of clay dispersion solution were analyzed respectively. The stability of soil stained solution was studied after that.Furthermore, the evenness, storage stability and washing performance of the soil stained strips were all evaluated.The results indicate that stable carbon black solution and clay dispersion solution are obtained when the dosage of Peregal O and SHMP are both 1 .6%.The stability of homogeneous soil stained solution can be kept for at least 8 h. The self-made soil stained strips show excellent evenness, storage stability and washing performance.%采用炭黑／黏土制备泥渍污染布。分别探讨平平加O及六偏磷酸钠（ SHMP）用量对炭黑、黏土分散液稳定性的影响；研究泥渍污液的稳定性，评价所制备的泥渍污染布的均匀性、贮存稳定性及洗涤性能。结果表明，当平平加O与SHMP质量分数均为1．6％时，炭黑分散液与黏土分散液最稳定，泥渍污液静置8h后依然稳定性良好。所制备的泥渍污染布表面沾污均匀，具有良好的贮存稳定性和适当的净洗性能。
