三层局部自身接结户外面料开发

摘要

The weaving process and design of the 3-tier blinding fabric were discussed. The 3-tier blinding weaves and looming draft were designed by using bamboo pulp fiber, ramie fiber and sea-island fiber. Profiting from the tying structure of normal 3-tier woven fabric, the 3-tier binding weave will be apply to adaptable outdoor fabric with unique appearance.%探讨了三层自身接结机织物的设计与织造工艺。选用竹浆纤维、苎麻纤维和海岛纤维三种纺织原料，设计了三层自身接结织物的组织结构和织物上机图，利用三层机织物自身结接织造方法，开发出了具有三层自身接结的外观独特、适应能力强的户外面料。
