经编疝修补片工艺参数对其刚柔性的影响

摘要

The influences of draw-off densities during three kinds of structures 'warp-knitted hernia meshes'knitting processes on the flexural rigidity of vertical , horizontal and 45°direction, were dis-cussed .The draw-off densities to the flexural rigidity 'curves were simulated , and the main factors influenced on warp-knitted hernia meshes 'flexural rigidity were analyzed .Then combining with doctor's subjective evaluation , appropriate indexes were used to evaluate flexural rigidity and confirm design direction of warp-knitted hernia meshes .%探讨三种结构经编疝修补片编织过程中牵拉密度对其纵向、横向及45°方向抗弯刚度的影响，拟合出牵拉密度对纵向抗弯刚度的变化曲线，分析影响经编疝修补片刚柔性的主要因素，并结合医生对经编疝修补片的主观评价，确定合适的指标，用以评价经编疝修补片的刚柔性、明确经编疝修补片的设计方向。
