国产碳纤维织物织造工艺技术探讨

摘要

On the basis of summing up the production practices of domestic rigid telescopic shaft loom weaving, through the 3k carbon fiber woven fabric of designing, weaving technology, process and operation, such problems were analyzed and studied, it has achieved good results. The results show that the use of filament winding tension of 2N, speed of 30meters/min fixed-length bobbin unwinding; carbon fiber warp tows with a single beam of warp tension for 5N radial unwinding, weaving at a rate of 80 r/min, can get the apparent quality and performances are better than 3k carbon fiber fabric.%在总结刚性伸缩剑杆织布机织造生产实践的基础上,对国产3k碳纤维平纹布的设计计算、工艺流程、织造工艺等问题进行了分析和研究。结果表明：采用碳纤维丝束缠绕张力2 N和速度30 m/min的定长络筒退绕;碳纤维经纱采用单束经纱张力为5 N的径向退绕,织布速度在80 r/min时,可以得到表观质量和性能均有较大提高的3k碳纤维平纹布。
