从“反服贸”、“反课纲”运动透析台湾公民教育困局

         

摘要

The youth group of Taiwan highlighted the characteristics of“high local consciousness but identity confusion”,“concern for social affairs but narrow mentality perspective”,“high sense of democracy but low democratic accomplishment”,“expansion of political participation but hazy political conviction” and“good at public mobilization but lack of civil rationality”in the “Sunflower Student Movement” and “Anti-Black Box Curriculum Movement”. These characteristics reflect many diffi-culties faced by the contemporary Taiwan civic education, which, in fact, result from the challenges of“Taiwan subjectivity”,“ideological trend of small indeed fortunate” and“populist politics” brought to the development of civil education. Therefore, in order to deal properly with the negative impact of the educational predicament on the cross-Strait relations, the mainland should further strengthen the research of Taiwan civic education, improve the cross-Strait civic education exchange and coopera-tion mechanisms and, at the same time, continuously enhance their youth exchanges and cooperation.%台湾青年群体在“反服贸”、“反课纲”运动中所表现出的“本土意识彰显,身份认同混乱”、“关切社会事务,心态视野褊狭”、“民主意识张扬,民主素养低落”、“政治参与扩大,政治信念模糊”、“擅长公共动员,欠缺公民理性”等特质反映了当代台湾公民教育所面临的诸多困局,其主要源于“台湾主体性”、“小确幸思潮”、“民粹化政治”等对公民教育发展带来的诸多挑战。为妥善应对台湾公民教育困局对两岸关系可能造成的消极影响,大陆应进一步加强台湾公民教育的研究,完善两岸公民教育交流合作机制,进而不断改进两岸青年交流合作工作。
