通道化无辐射介质波导(NRD)的耦合

     

摘要

The coupling characteristics of the channelized nonradiativedielectric guide (NRD-guide) are analyzed and the precise coupling equations are given. It is found from calculation that the replacement of the air in conventional NRD-guides by using a low dielectric material can provide some valuable results such as reduction of coupling and enhanced EMC capability etc.. Furthermore, a simplified coupling equation is also given which is in good accordance with the precise ones. The introduction of the low dielectric material to replace the air makes the structure especially suitable for realization by micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) or by microwave integrated circuits.%对通道化无辐射介质波导(NRD)的耦合特性进行了分析,给出了精确耦合方程。计算发现,由于用较低介电常数的介质取代了常规NRD波导结构中的空气媒质,会产生一些有价值的结果,例如,耦合度减弱,电磁兼容性增强等。另外,还给出了求解耦合特性的简化计算方法,与精确方法符合很好。该结构因以介质替代空气填充,还特别适合微加工电路和微波集成电路的实现。
